Before checking out, please make sure that all electrical appliances, air conditioning, fans, and lights are turned off, and leave the keys at the designated location agreed upon with our team.

El Cardonal Eco Villas is designed for rest, relaxation, and reconnecting with nature. We kindly ask guests to keep noise levels moderate in all common areas.

• Quiet hours: From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m., please avoid loud music, excessive noise, parties, or any activity that may disturb other guests or the local community.

• No smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the villas. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Please use the provided ashtrays and never dispose of cigarette butts on the ground or in the natural environment.
• Pets: If you are traveling with a pet, please keep your pet under control in common areas, clean up after them immediately, and do not allow pets on furniture or beds.
• Safety & personal belongings: Please lock all doors and close all windows whenever you leave your villa. El Cardonal Eco Villas is not responsible for valuables or personal belongings that are lost, misplaced, or left unattended.

• Energy & air conditioning: Please turn off the air conditioning, fans, and lights whenever you leave your villa or when natural ventilation is sufficient.
• Water conservation: Water is a valuable resource in this region. We kindly ask guests to take reasonably short showers and report any dripping faucets, leaks, or other water-related issues to our staff immediately.
• Waste management: Please use the designated containers for organic, recyclable, and non-recyclable waste. We encourage guests to minimize the use of single-use plastics throughout the property.
• Towels & bed linens: To help reduce water and energy consumption, we encourage guests to reuse towels during their stay. If you require fresh towels or a change of linens, please let our team know.

• Sunscreen: We recommend using biodegradable, reef-friendly, or oxybenzone-free sunscreen when visiting the beach or enjoying water activities, helping reduce the impact on marine life and local ecosystems.
• Leave no trace: Please do not leave any waste on the beach, including plastic, cigarette butts, cans, or other items. Let's leave the natural environment better than we found it.
• Flora & wildlife: Please respect the local vegetation and wildlife. Removing or collecting plants, sand, shells, rocks, or other natural elements from the area is not permitted.
