What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.

Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?

Yes. Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee, subject to availability and provided there are no other reservations scheduled for the same day.

What do I need to check in?

Check-in is quick and easy. Simply present a valid government-issued photo ID.

What is the minimum age to book a villa?

Guests must be 18 years or older to make a reservation.

Is parking available?

Yes. Complimentary parking is available directly outside the villas for all guests.

Do you offer laundry service?

No, we do not offer laundry service at this time.

Is Wi-Fi included?

Yes. Complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi is included with every stay.

Do the villas have a swimming pool?

No, our villas do not have a swimming pool. However, the beautiful Sea of Cortez beach is just a short walk away, making it easy to cool off and enjoy the crystal-clear water.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that unexpected situations can happen. If you cancel 10 or more days before your scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 100% refund. If you cancel 7 days before your arrival, you will receive a 50% refund.
